Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my PartyMaster Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your store, not inside the app. On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PartyMaster. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

I paid but Pro isn't unlocked. What do I do?

Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. For the App Store, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the order in your Google Play account. We're happy to help if you get stuck.

Do I need to drink alcohol to play?

No. PartyMaster never requires alcohol. "Shot" and "sip" are just game mechanics, and we recommend water for every one of them. Drinking-themed options are off unless the host turns them on and confirms everyone is of legal age.

Does PartyMaster collect my personal data?

Player names, avatars and game settings stay on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and subscription status is checked through our payment provider using an anonymous ID.

Party safely

Every challenge is optional, anyone can skip, and water works for every shot. Never drink and drive. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S., Canada and Mexico; 112 in Spain and the EU; 123 in Colombia).
