Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hermar Group LLC ("Hermar Group", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use the PartyMaster mobile application and the partymaster.app website (together, the "App"). We designed PartyMaster to work without accounts, ads or tracking, so we process very little information.
1. The short version
Your party stays on your phone.
PartyMaster has no sign-up, no ads and no third-party analytics, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. Player names, avatars and game settings are stored only on your device. We never sell or rent personal information.
- The only information that leaves your device through the App relates to in-app purchases: an anonymous app user ID and your purchase records, which our payment provider RevenueCat uses to confirm your PartyMaster Pro subscription.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details, name or Apple ID / Google account email.
- The motion sensor is used only in real time to detect tilts in Charades. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
2. Who is responsible
Hermar Group LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@hermargroup.com.
3. Information stored only on your device
To run the games, the App saves the following locally on your phone or tablet. It is not sent to us or to any third party:
- player names and avatars you enter, and the most recent player list;
- custom game modes, game settings and party progress;
- your preferred country and language, and whether you completed onboarding.
Player names are whatever you type in; we recommend using first names or nicknames and never entering sensitive information. You can edit or delete this data inside the App, and it is erased completely when you delete the App.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
When you buy or restore PartyMaster Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. To unlock Pro features and let you restore them on another device, we use RevenueCat, Inc., a subscription-management service that acts as our processor. RevenueCat receives:
- a random, anonymous app user ID created by the App (it is not your name, email or Apple ID);
- purchase and subscription records, such as the product, price, currency, store country, transaction IDs and renewal or cancellation status;
- technical information needed to complete the request, such as device model, operating-system version, App version, language setting and IP address.
We use this information only to provide and verify your subscription, restore purchases, prevent fraud, handle support requests and understand aggregate sales (for example, how many subscriptions are active). We do not link it to your identity. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
5. Device features and permissions
- Motion sensor (accelerometer): used only while you play Charades to detect when you tilt the phone. Readings are processed instantly on the device and are never stored or transmitted.
- Sound and haptics: the App plays sound effects and vibrations. It does not record audio and does not use your microphone, even though the Android build may list an audio permission required by the sound library.
- Language and region: the App reads your device's language and region settings, on the device, to suggest a language and country. It does not use GPS or your precise location.
The App does not access your camera, photos, contacts, calendar, health data or precise location, and it does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID).
6. Our website
The partymaster.app website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. It sets one functional cookie, pm_locale_country, which remembers your preferred language and country for up to one year so we show you the right version of the page.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the page, protect the site against abuse, and tell us your approximate country (never your precise location) so we can pre-select the right language and country. Cloudflare may keep standard security logs under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
7. When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach (such as screenshots or receipts). We use it only to answer you, fix problems and improve the App, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and for our legitimate records.
8. What we do not do
- We do not show ads or allow advertising networks in the App.
- We do not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and we do not use data brokers.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not build profiles about you or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
9. Why we process information (legal bases)
Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or Spain's LOPDGDD apply, we rely on: performance of a contract, to deliver and verify purchases you request; our legitimate interests, to secure the App and website, prevent fraud and answer support requests; compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules; and your consent, where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
11. International transfers
We and our service providers are based in, or process information in, the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or other regions with transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
12. How long we keep information
On-device data stays until you delete it or delete the App. Purchase records are kept for as long as you have a subscription and afterwards for as long as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Support emails are kept while needed to handle your request and then deleted within a reasonable period. Website security logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short, limited period.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict its processing; to withdraw consent; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. These include, among others:
- European Union, EEA, UK and Spain (GDPR and LOPDGDD): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as Spain's AEPD.
- United States, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with privacy laws: the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information.
- Mexico (LFPDPPP): ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition).
- Colombia (Ley 1581 de 2012): the right to know, update, rectify and delete your data, and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
- Argentina (Ley 25.326), Chile (Ley 19.628) and Peru (Ley 29733): equivalent rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection before the competent authority.
To exercise any right, email support@hermargroup.com. Because we do not have accounts, the quickest way to remove game data is to delete it in the App or uninstall the App. For purchase data, tell us the approximate purchase date and store, and we will help locate and delete or export the records held by our processor. We may need to verify your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent where the law allows it.
14. Children
PartyMaster is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, as explained in our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and providers with recognized security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or the law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, notify you in the App or on this website before they take effect.
